To a certain extent, I believe in choice...but I also commend your Dr. especially for introducing another way that will prevent women from putting harmful "man-made" drugs into our bodies...I know there are some herbs out there that are supposed to help with preventing conception...I'm definitely interested in a natural option...Dr. Raehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17300341738503377943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2109454511627002350.post-24255842917771674972010-06-09T21:26:24.621-06:002010-06-09T21:26:24.621-06:00It does work both ways, and he understood that.......It does work both ways, and he understood that....he hates to loose patients but understands they have to do what is best for themIrish.Writer.Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17530749556289267357noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2109454511627002350.post-73391626084130983062010-06-09T10:40:38.624-06:002010-06-09T10:40:38.624-06:00To add to the comments, CHOICE is the key word her...To add to the comments, CHOICE is the key word here. The doctor made a CHOICE to change his practice, and his patients can CHOOSE to stay or go. Works for both sides!BamBoo Hugshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04852692819092963236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2109454511627002350.post-66643271054730489362010-06-09T01:11:39.526-06:002010-06-09T01:11:39.526-06:00That's awesome that your doctor chose to stand...That's awesome that your doctor chose to stand up for his personal beliefs and God.
Good luck TTC!Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03537630660989106641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2109454511627002350.post-57029107324269318002010-06-08T21:54:53.734-06:002010-06-08T21:54:53.734-06:00I found your post and the article about your docto...I found your post and the article about your doctor really interesting. As a young--well,grad student-age--Catholic, BC often filters into our group discussions, and a lot of us support NFP but just find it kind of impractical in the current world for the same kind of reasons you mentioned above along with the simple fact some people aren't ready to be parents, which can lead to a whole different discussion.

Anyway, I really respect your doctor's choice not to prescribe BC. I hope he doesn't get too much criticism from the pro-choice community for his decision. I know pro-choice is about a woman's right to control her body, but I also feel like people who are truly pro-choice should respect every ones' personal choices on the matter, especially doctors because getting an MD shouldn't require someone to sacrifice his/her personal beliefs.

Sorry for this random rambling comment, but this just really struck a chord with me.Ahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11787646710453233845noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2109454511627002350.post-41261595447148838832010-06-08T13:47:09.353-06:002010-06-08T13:47:09.353-06:00blegh!
